Period Promise Program

Registration is Now Open to all ENFHS Residents!

The Period Promise Program provides access to free essential health supplies by providing a three-year’s supply of reusable menstrual products to Entre Nous Femmes Housing Society (ENFHS) residents who need them.

Eligible participants will receive a three-year supply of either reusable or disposable menstrual products.

Anyone that uses menstrual products and lives in an ENF building is eligible to participate. We encourage anyone eligible in your household to apply. You can register for you and your children and others in your household. Youth (13-19 years old) can choose to register separately from their household.

This year we will be offering residents the choice of:

Option 1: Revol Cares Five-pack (three bikini briefs and two sleep shorts) period underwear
Option 2: Aisle Menstrual cup + four re-usable liners

Please note that funding is limited, and applications will be approved until available funds are exhausted.

Disposable products may be available in each building throughout the year, upon receipt of donated products or additional funds for bulk purchases.

How do I apply?

You can apply in three ways:

Fill out our online application form
Print and submit the PDF application form to your Housing Manager
Print, scan and email a copy of your application to periodpromise@enfhs.ca

You will hear back from us within five (5) business days.

What products will be available?

ENFHS will maintain a supply of menstrual products (reusable menstrual underwear, menstrual cups, and liners) and partner with local suppliers or organizations for product donations or bulk purchases.

Disposable products may be available in each building throughout the year, upon receipt of donated products or additional funds for bulk purchases.

What size cup should I order?

A – Choose size A if you’re new to cups or have trouble inserting tampons.

B – Choose size B if you’ve given birth or have a weak pelvic floor.

How will products be distributed?

Once an application form is processed and eligibility is confirmed, ENFHS staff will contact the resident to complete the order based on their chosen product option. Residents will be notified when the products are ready.

Products will be distributed in a private and convenient method (e.g., confidential link, direct delivery, pick-up locations) depending on the option selected by residents on their application form.
