Maintenance Requests
Current residents can submit maintenance requests for repairs or replacements in their unit or common property using the online maintenance request form below. We will respond to all requests within three (3) business days.

For maintenance emergencies due to:
- major flood or water leaks
- fire
- no heat
- only toilet not working
- broken windows, unit door lock, or lobby door creating a security risk
- out-of-service elevator or parkade door

Please note that if your issue is not listed as a maintenance emergency, calling the emergency maintenance line may result in a chargeback. If you require immediate assistance from fire, police or ambulance services, please call 911.
