Entre Nous Femmes Housing Society provides affordable rental housing for low—to moderate-income households in two types of rental housing: Subsidized Housing and Affordable Market Housing. Some buildings may have a mix of subsidized and affordable market housing, depending on the funding program. Please go to the Our Buildings section to learn more about each building.
Subsidized Housing is long-term rental housing for households relying on income assistance and with incomes at least 70% below the BC Housing Housing Income Limit threshold. Rents are calculated annually based on a rent-geared-to-income basis. Please go to the BC Housing Housing Registry to apply. Entre Nous Femmes Housing Society can only take applications from the BC Housing Registry for subsidized housing.
Affordable Market Housing is long-term rental housing for moderate-income households who are not eligible for subsidized housing. As a charitable housing organization, Entre Nous Femmes Housing Society homes are all rented at below-market rates to ensure equitable access to affordable housing.
