Her expertise spans income administration, accounting, compliance, and supportive housing services, with a strong focus on delivering people-centered, data-informed solutions that enhance operational excellence.

In her role, Jackie leads portfolio-wide income administration and rent review processes, serving as the primary liaison between Finance and Operations. She is responsible for ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance in tenant financial administration while supporting organizational objectives and resident-focused service delivery.

Katerina (she/her) is the Manager of Property Services at Entre Nous Femmes Housing Society, bringing over 8 years of experience in property management. With expertise in both non-profit and market rental properties, administrative support, and client care, Katerina’s diverse skill set shines in her role. As part of the management team, Katerina leads the Property Services team in maintaining, repairing, and renewing Entre Nous Femmes Housing Society’s buildings and properties across Metro Vancouver. She’s passionate about creating vibrant, welcoming spaces where residents can truly thrive and feel at home. Katerina’s energy, dedication, and love for building strong communities drive her to ensure every property is a place where people can live comfortably and with pride.

Lilian (she/her) is passionate about creating communities where everyone feels they belong and has access to safe, affordable housing. As the Chief Executive Officer of Entre Nous Femmes Housing Society, she is transforming the organization from a housing operator into a non-profit housing developer that can meet the needs of low and moderate-income women households, single-parent families, seniors, people with disabilities, and Indigenous and equity-deserving groups across Metro Vancouver. Lilian is proud to collaborate with a fantastic team and Board of Directors on innovative projects that strengthen the organization, renew our buildings, and fulfill the Society’s mission to double the number of homes we operate and the people we serve by 2028.

With more than 20 years of experience in urban planning, affordable housing development, social finance, and public engagement, Lilian has worked with municipalities, government agencies, First Nations, non-profit organizations, and financial institutions such as Vancity Credit Union and the Vancity Community Foundation. She also gives back as a volunteer, serving on boards and advisory councils, including the Hiyám ta Sḵwxwú7mesh Housing Society, the Boann Social Finance, the Law Foundation of BC, and the BC Non-Profit Housing Association. Lilian is a Registered Professional Planner (RPP) and holds a Master of Planning from the University of British Columbia.

Louise (she/her) is the longest-serving team member at Entre Nous Femmes Housing Society, bringing 25 years of accounting expertise to the table. With a focus on non-profit affordable housing finance, Louise plays a vital role in ensuring our organization’s financial stability, compliance, and growth. Her deep experience, strategic insight, and sharp attention to detail allow her to expertly navigate the complexities of non-profit funding and operations.
