Entre Nous Femmes Housing Society acquired Murray Manor in 2024 with the assistance of the Vancity Community Foundation and other funders.

The 47-unit building is centrally located in Burnaby's Metrotown area and within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, services, parks, schools, and community centres. Royal Oak Skytrain Station is a 10-minute walk, and Metrotown Mall and Bonsor Recreation Complex is a 10-minute bus ride away. A major bus route is just outside the building on Kingsway.

Building amenities include private balconies, private outdoor space, a shared courtyard, shared laundry facilities, an elevator, and underground resident parking. Entre Nous Femmes Housing Society is committed to ensuring affordable rents for seniors and families in the Metrotown community, and all units will be rented at below-market rates.
