About 450 Pacific Street Project
Under Development - Subsidized Housing & Affordable Market Housing
Entre Nous Femmes Housing Society proposes to develop a six-story social housing building at 450 Pacific Street in partnership with the City of Vancouver. Supported by BC Housing, the project will provide 91 social housing units designed to serve low—to moderate-income families, women, and gender-diverse individuals, as well as youth, seniors, and women-led single-parent households from Indigenous, Black, and other equity-deserving groups.
Entre Nous Femmes Housing Society is partnering with Hogan's Alley Society to ensure that 30 homes are prioritized for the Hogan's Alley Society's community. This partnership reflects both organizations' shared commitment to providing safe, affordable housing for underserved communities, contributing to creating more inclusive housing solutions in Vancouver.
A rezoning application was submitted on November 28, 2023, and was approved by the Vancouver City Council at a Public Hearing on July 25th, 2024. The Development Permit application was approved on October 2, 2024 and construction is expected to start in the Spring of 2025.
