Entre Nous Femmes Housing Society acquired Capilano House in 2010. The building was built in 1988 by the Capilano Lions Housing Society.

The 3-storey apartment building is located in the District of North Vancouver's Norgate neighbourhood. It is within a 5-minute walk of shopping, restaurants, services, parks, and major bus routes along Marine Drive. Park Royal Shopping Centre is within a 5-minute drive or 20-minute walk.

Building amenities include private courtyards, a shared courtyard, shared laundry facilities, a large amenity room, and resident parking.  Six units are available to individuals or couples younger than 65 years of age.

Building Renovations Project Update

Entre Nous Femmes Housing Society (ENFHS), in partnership with BC Housing, is undertaking a major building renewal and retrofit project at Capilano House. The project aims to make homes more comfortable, energy efficient, durable, and environmentally friendly.

The Capilano House upgrades are currently in the permitting stage, with an expected start of work in the spring of 2025. Residents will continue to live in their homes during the renovations and will be notified ahead of time when work begins and when access to suites is necessary.
