About 800 Commercial Drive Project

Entre Nous Femmes Housing Society is developing a 15-storey concrete mixed-use social housing building at 800 Commercial Drive in partnership with the City of Vancouver. The project will deliver 107 deeply affordable homes—from studios to three-bedrooms—for low to moderate-income households in the Grandview-Woodland neighbourhood. This project will support inclusive intergenerational living for women, gender diverse people, single-parent families, people with disabilities, and seniors.

The project also includes 4,000 sq. ft. of social purpose real estate including non-profit office space and bookable community space to support events.

A rezoning application was submitted on November 28, 2023, and was approved by the Vancouver City Council at a Public Hearing on July 25th, 2024. The Development Permit application was submitted in the summer of 2025.
