Entre Nous Femmes Housing Society acquired Evergreen Apartments in 2024 with the assistance of the Vancity Community Foundation and other funders.

The 61-unit building is centrally located in New Westminster's Moody Park neighbourhood and is within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, services, parks, schools, and community centres. Evergreen Apartments is next to beautiful Moody Park and recreational facilities. Royal City Centre shopping centre and vibrant 6th Street, with its many shops and services, are a 10—to 20-minute walk. Connections to Columbia Skytrain Station, Douglas College, and the New Westminster waterfront are 20 minutes by bus.

Building amenities include private balconies, private outdoor space, a shared backyard, shared laundry facilities, an elevator, and underground resident parking.
