Evergreen Apartments is next to beautiful Moody Park and recreational facilities. Royal City Centre shopping centre and vibrant 6th Street, with its many shops and services, are a 10—to 20-minute walk. Connections to Columbia Skytrain Station, Douglas College, and the New Westminster waterfront are 20 minutes by bus.

Retrofits Underway at Evergreen Apartments
ENFHS has launched a major capital renewal and deep retrofit project at Evergreen Apartments to create more comfortable, energy-efficient, and environmentally friendly homes. Upgrades will reduce greenhouse gas emissions, lower energy use, and extend the building’s lifespan while improving resident comfort. Work is scheduled to begin in early 2026 and will take approximately 12 months to complete.
