The 38-unit townhouse complex is located in Surrey's South Surrey neighbourhood, within a short walk or drive to shopping, services, schools and parks. Southpoint Exchange shopping complex is a 10-minute walk away, and a major bus route is a short walk away on King George Highway.

Building amenities include private courtyards, a shared courtyard, shared laundry facilities, an amenity room and resident parking. The complex is pet-friendly, allowing one cat or one dog up to 20 inches to the shoulder. Please note that this is not an accessible building, as there are no elevators, and some units have living areas spread over two floors.
