The Creek is a new affordable rental housing community located on Angela Drive in Port Moody, created in partnership with M’akola Housing Society and BC Housing. Entre Nous Femmes Housing Society will operate 245 homes at Leslie and Mia, two six-storey buildings located at 300 and 350 Angela Drive. Homes include 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units, with a focus on family-sized homes, accessibility, and long-term community living.
The project comprises three affordable market rental buildings that form part of the larger 23‐acre Portwood development by Edgar Developments. In total, The Creek will provide 328 affordable market rental homes—with one building operated by M’akola Housing Society and two buildings operated by Entre Nous Femmes Housing Society.

An OCP amendment and rezoning application were submitted on December 19, 2019, and the project received approval from Port Moody City Council at a Public Hearing on July 20, 2021. Construction commenced in January 2024 and is expected to be completed by 2027.
This affordable housing initiative is a collaborative effort between the Province through BC Housing, the federal government through CMHC, Edgar Development, the City of Port Moody, M’akola Housing Society, and Entre Nous Femmes Housing Society. The project features a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes—with over 75% being two-bedroom units designed for families, with 66 fully accessible homes, and 166 adaptable units.
