🎉This week marks a significant milestone for Entre Nous Femmes Housing Society as we celebrate our 40th anniversary!🎉

Founded by three visionary single mothers, Leslie Stern, Mia Cross and April English, with $1000 from the YWCA, we have grown into one of Canada's pioneering women-led charitable housing organizations. Our mission has always been to provide affordable, safe, and secure housing for all and create opportunities for individuals and communities to thrive.

Over the past four decades, we've remained committed to our core values of inclusiveness, hope, determination, and social justice. Our efforts have created diverse and healthy communities for women, gender-diverse groups, single-parent families, seniors, people with disabilities, Indigenous peoples and other equity-deserving groups in Metro Vancouver. Today, we continue that legacy as we embark on a journey of transformation and growth, creating over 1000 affordable rental homes in the next five years.

As we reflect on our journey, we are grateful for the unwavering support of our community, partners, and dedicated team. Together, we have made a lasting impact on countless lives, and we look forward to continuing our work to ensure everyone has a place to call home.
