Elika (she/her) is a senior real estate development professional with over 20 years of experience delivering complex mixed-use, transit-oriented, and community-focused projects across Metro Vancouver and the Greater Toronto Area. She is currently a Senior Manager of Real Estate Development at TransLink, where she leads large-scale development initiatives that generate long-term value to support public infrastructure and community outcomes. Previously, Elika served as Director of Development at QuadReal Property Group and Choice Properties REIT, where she led major mixed-use and retail-led redevelopment projects and worked closely with public and private partners. Throughout her career, she has held senior roles with leading organizations, bringing deep expertise across the full development lifecycle—from site acquisition and entitlements to financial structuring, partnerships, and delivery. She holds an MBA in Finance from the Richard Ivey Business School and a background in architectural design. Elika is passionate about advancing affordable and inclusive housing solutions and is committed to supporting Entre Nous Femmes Housing Society’s mission to create safe, stable housing for women and families.
