Francesca (she/her) is a passionate advocate for affordable housing, bringing over seven years of experience in the non-profit housing sector and a background in Social Work. As the Director of Community Engagement, she works to build inclusive communities through person-centred practices and fosters value-based, collaborative environments. As part of the senior management team, Francesca plays a key role in developing and delivering resident well-being and relocation programs at Entre Nous Femmes Housing Society and leading the Community Engagement team.
