Laura (she/her) brings 19 years of experience in the non-profit housing sector, with a strong focus on co-operative housing management. As the Operations Manager for a co-op housing management company, she has successfully overseen numerous housing co-operatives and their funding programs across the province. In a previous leadership role, Laura played a key part in developing and managing a dynamic Staff Development Team, ensuring ongoing sector-specific education for staff. Committed to continuous learning, she is currently pursuing a Nonprofit Management program at Simon Fraser University.
