Lilian (she/her) is a Registered Professional Planner (RPP) and Co-Chair for Urban Land Institute BC Women Leadership Initiative (WLI). She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and an Urban Design Certificate from Simon Fraser University (SFU). Lilian is an active volunteer with different local organizations in Metro Vancouver and is an expert in urban design and construction management of different asset types, including single-family homes, townhomes, condos, high-rises, and commercial mixed-use. With over a decade of experience in land acquisition, government relations, leadership development, financing, and all phases of development through construction, she is passionate about the creation of affordable housing and commits to working on innovative ways to increase affordability, livability, and community connection in Metro Vancouver. Lilian is also a recipient of Business in Vancouver’s 2024 Forty Under 40 Award for excellence in business and community leadership.
